AMBA Sponsorship Opportunities – ONLY 12 SPOTS FOR 2025 - FCFS AMBA reserves the right to review a company before final approval as a sponsor is granted. If you do not meet the criteria to sponsor at the conference, we will refund your registration fee and contact you by email and/or phone.
AMBA will choose the topic and speakers based on what topics will reach the largest audience. This could mean the difference in a few hundred attendees. Below is a snapshot of our webinars over the past two years. We have had about 50 sessions that were free and open to anyone, and that is where the 27.59k registrants signed up to attend and 17.58k attended.
Excel Stats are directly exported from GoToWebinar. The free webinars have 800-1400 registrants. The paid webinars have less. Webinar Sponsorship – $5,000
General Criteria Include:
1. Sponsor must provide medical billing and coding industry-related services/solutions
2. Sponsor must be US-based due to HIPAA Obligations
3. Sponsor must not have multiple disconcerting reviews on the BBB or other legitimate review sources online.
4. Sponsor shall not have any history of unethical or illegal business dealings

Time: 2 minutes at the start of the webinar.
