The 2025 Conference is October 16-17, 2025 at the Planet Hollywood Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas!
AMBA reserves the right to review a company before final approval as a sponsor is granted. If you do not meet the criteria to sponsor at the conference, we will refund your registration fee and contact you by email and/or phone.
General Criteria Include:
1. Sponsor must provide medical billing and coding industry-related services/solutions
2. Sponsor must be US-based due to HIPAA Obligations
3. Sponsor must not have multiple disconcerting reviews on the BBB or other legitimate review sources online.
4. Sponsor shall not have any history of unethical or illegal business dealings
This Sponsorship Includes:
- Special “Diamond” Sponsor Recognition (during the conference, on conference-related emails, on the conference app, in the conference brochure, & on AMBA’s website for 1 year)
- (2) Extra Exhibitor Rep Badges (Must be a paid and registered exhibitor to get this).
- Whova announcement pre-conference to attendees (we recommend the week prior to conference)
- 1 Page Ad in Conference Brochure
- Link Exchange (from AMBA’s page to yours & vice versa) with Your Logo and Company Information
- 3-month ad in AMBA's Online Newsletters
- Pre- and Post-Conference Attendee List (name, email, & Company)
- A sign displayed on an easel in the general session highlighting that you are a Diamond Sponsor
- Recognition in Post-Conference Webinar Series (available to all AMBA’s online customers)
- One email blast specifically about your company (sent to everyone in our member database of 30,000 people)
- 100 drink tickets to give attendees at the social event (AMBA pays under BEO) - ~$1,500 value
- iPad giveaway during the social event (iPad provided by AMBA)
- $1,000 in additional food added to the social function v. 2024
We will accept two companies that are partners as the social event sponsors at the rate of $5,000 each which would make the total sponsorship $10,000 to cover your extra inclusions that would now be X2. Please reach out directly to Aubrey for invoices to be sent to both partner companies if using this option.

No sponsorship fees, prize donation fees, or donated prizes will be refunded or returned.
