Sponsorship Information:
AMBA reserves the right to review a company before final approval as a sponsor is granted. If you do not meet the criteria to sponsor at the conference, we will refund your registration fee and contact you by email and/or phone.
General Criteria Include:
1. Sponsor must provide medical billing and coding industry-related services/solutions
2. Sponsor must be US-based due to HIPAA Obligations
3. Sponsor must not have multiple disconcerting reviews on the BBB or other legitimate review sources online.
4. Sponsor shall not have any history of unethical or illegal business dealings
This Sponsorship Includes:
- Special “Bronze” Sponsor Recognition (during the conference, on conference-related emails, on the conference app, in the conference brochure, & on AMBA’s website for 1 year)
- 1/4 Page Ad in Conference Brochure
- Link Exchange (from AMBA’s page to yours & vice versa) with Your Logo and Company Information
- Pre- and Post-Conference Attendee List (name, email, & company)
- A sign displayed on an easel in the general session highlighting that you are a Bronze Sponsor
- Recognition in Post-Conference Webinar Series (available to all AMBA’s online customers)

No sponsorship fees, prize donation fees, or donated prizes will be refunded or returned.
