We started marketing the series to customers on 1/3/25. Over the past three days, 683 people have registered.

AMBA reserves the right to review a company before final approval as a sponsor is granted. If you do not meet the criteria to sponsor at the conference, we will refund your registration fee and contact you by email and/or phone.

AMBA will choose the topic and speakers based on what topics will reach the largest audience. This could mean the difference in a few hundred attendees. Below is a snapshot of our webinars over the past two years. We have had about 50 sessions that were free and open to anyone, and that is where the 28.34k registrants signed up to attend and 18.17k attended.

Webinar Sponsorship – $5,000

General Criteria Include:

1. Sponsor must provide medical billing and coding industry-related services/solutions

2. Sponsor must be US-based due to HIPAA Obligations

3. Sponsor must not have multiple disconcerting reviews on the BBB or other legitimate review sources online.

4. Sponsor shall not have any history of unethical or illegal business dealings

This Sponsorship Includes:

• Attendee List: Includes names and emails. You will receive a list of names, emails, company names (if provided), and phone numbers (if provided).
• Topic and Speaker: Organized by AMBA.
• Presentation Time: 3 minutes at the start of the webinar.
• Marketing Exposure:
• Your logo or a (7x3 or 2000x857) graphic featured on promotional materials.
• Clickable link on 3 emails, 3 social media posts, and AMBA’s website webinar list.
• Custom Confirmation Page: Tailored page for registrants using your provided landing page as the confirmation page for registrants. All webinars that are open to sponsors are using this confirmation page currently: https://www.americanmedicalbillingassociation.com/2025-free-confirmation/
• Free Participation: No cost to attend.
• CEU Approval: Webinar qualifies for 1 CEU through AMBA, AAPC, and PMI. The AAPC approval for this free series was $1790. Approval received 1/6/25. AAPC
• Registration Questions: Your custom question on the registration page (optional to the registrant)
• GoTo Webinar Notification Emails: Your chosen custom link is in the reminder email and follow-up emails to attendees and absentees.
