Conference Attendee Demographics
  • 70% are billing company owners (small third-pary medical billers billing professional claims)
  • 10% are consultants (many retired billing company owners that have moved onto consulting)
  • 10% are practice managers

  • 5% are employees/managers at tribal health clinics

AMBA reserves the right to review a company before final approval as an exhibitor is granted. If you do not meet the criteria to exhibit at the conference, we will refund your registration fee and contact you by email and/or phone.

General Criteria Include:

1. Exhibitor must provide medical billing and coding industry-related services/solutions

2. Exhibitor must be US-based due to HIPAA Obligations

3. Exhibitor must not have multiple disconcerting reviews on the BBB or other legitimate review sources online.

4. Exhibitors shall not have any history of unethical or illegal business dealings

Conference Highlights
  • Your boxes will be delivered to your booth by 5pm the day before conference. The booths will be labeled, and your nametags and lanyards will be on the booth table waiting for you.
  • You will have contact information (the correct info) for inbound shipping, outbound fedex, AV, and for event staff weeks before arrival.
  • You will have the event manager's cell phone number to connect with us.
  • Blackout Booth Bingo - attendees have to go around to each vendor to get their bingo spaces signed. They turn in their card for the day 2 afternoon break where we draw for a winner of a new iPad. AMBA supplies the iPad each year.
  • Prize Drawings at vendor tables on day 2 afternoon break. You can collect your leads via Whova, business cards in a bowl, or have them fill out slips of paper. We will come around to every booth and have you draw for your winner and take your photo with the winner at your booth and post to the conference app.
  • Vendors and attendees can create threads and meet ups in the conference app before and during conference. Set up a time to take some attendees out for coffee or dinner and have their undivided attention.
  • No license fees or lead scanner rentals for the Whova app
  • Each vendor gets a 30-second spot to introduce their company, booth number, what prizes they have, and any offers on the first morning of the conference in the general session room.
  • Rooms are only $145/night and that includes over the weekend!

Please reach out with any questions that you have after registering here. We will be sending out general vendor updates starting 90 days before conference. The exhibitor kit will be released 60 days pre-conference. The pre-conference attendee list will go out 1 week before conference. The post conference list will go out 1 week after conference.

Exhibitor cancellation requests must be received in writing no later than August 15, 2025 by the American Medical Billing Association at 2465 E. Main St., Davis, OK 73030. All cancellation requests are subject to a $500 cancellation fee per exhibitor package. No cancellations will be accepted and no refunds will be given after August 15, 2025. No sponsorship fees, prize donation fees, or donated prizes will be refunded or returned.
